Play Overview

The Propensity<>Apollo Activation Play is intended to drive conversion with the first-party engaged accounts. Propensity is used for account identification, and Apollo is used to enrich contacts from those identified accounts. Apollo is also used for sequencing those targeted contacts.

Account Creation

  1. Navigate to https://www.propensity.com/

  2. Select the login button at the top right side of the website navigation bar.

  3. Select “Dont have Account”

  4. And fill out the required information to create an account

  1. Select “ABM Tools” in the main navigation.

  1. Select “Website Tracker” and the “Website Tracking Script”.

  1. Copy the Website Tracking Code and follow the provided instructions to add it to your site.

Audience Building (In-Market Accounts)

  1. Navigate to Audience Builder from the main navigation.

  1. Select “New Account List”

  1. Complete all of the suggested Firmographic Details relevant to your ICP.

  1. Add Intent signals for more specificity.

  1. Click “Update List”

  1. Then Click “Save Audience” and add a name to describe the audience you’ve just created.

  1. You can view all the accounts by selecting “View All Account Lists” or navigating to the “Audience Builder” section of the platform.

View Website Activity

You can get an overview of website activity and general in-market accounts from the overview section of the main navigation.

You can also view the total website activity by selecting it either in the main navigation or from the “Website Visits” section on the Overview page.

View Engaged In-Market Accounts

Once you’ve navigated to the “Website Tracker” section of the platform, you can select “Visits From In-Market Accounts” to narrow website traffic down to only accounts on your “In-Market Account” list you’ve previously created.
